To run the smallest organization it is very important to know your strengths and weakness. I will say don’t work on your weaknesses, Why ? I would like to prove this with simple example. Say you have two kids one is very good in Hockey and other is very good in art, being their parents you would like John who is good in arts, you also want him to make him good in Hockey. This is just human psychology. And then you start pushing John to get training and coaching etc. But what is the end result John learns how to play hockey but not as good as other brother. And believe me he will never be as good as other one, just because he has his own qualities, likings and interest in Arts. If he works more on it, he will learn many new things and sharpen his skills just because of his likings and some strengths in him related to art he will not have to take tremendous efforts to come up to be above average level expert.
Work on Your Strengths Not Weaknesses
I am not saying you should never work on your weakness, some skills are must you need to work on it. But first of all know your strengths and work on if you will be champion in it.
